360 Degrees of Parenting- New Parent Support Group
In this group new parents will learn the skills necessary to be able to asses their childs needs and respond. Have a safe space to express their struggles in triumphs in the transition into parenthood. This group is open to parents with children from age 0 to age 2. The group consists of no more than 10 -15 indivisuals. Childcare is provided. Class is Free. Metrocards provided and light refreshments will served.
Every Second Saturday of the month

Pregnancy Kitchen
The Pregnancy Kitchen is a six week program that seeks to educate & empower pregnant women around their food choices. During the six weeks you will learn hands on about food justice, preparing healthy culturally relevant meals, navigating food deserts, create your own recipes, and take their food shopping skills to the next level. We are seeking 25 participants between the ages of 12 - 35 who are currently pregnant to participate. All participants will be paired with a FREE Birth Doula and Postpartum doula for up to one year of the childs age to attend their birth.
Proof of income required.
Metrocards and gift bags provided to all participants!
When: Every Thursday
Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Da Cypher -Teen Parent Support Group
This group teaches teen parents ages 12-19 about pregnancy, parenting, and reproduction, as well as promoting high school completion, college access, and community activism. Allowing for a safe space to express their struggles in triumphs in the transition into parenthood. This group is open to parents with children from age 0 to age 2. The group consists of no more than 10 -15 indivisuals and is six weeks. Childcare is provided. Class is Free. Metrocards provided and light refreshments will served.
Meeting Bi-Weekly on Thursdays.
